Green chili rice

Serves 4-6.
- ¾ cup white rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 4-ounce cans chopped green chiles
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook rice.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the soup, sour cream, chiles, and spices in a bowl. Add rice.
- Transfer to a 1½-quart baking dish. Top with cheese.
- Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
