- 1½ cups warm water
- pinch salt
- ½ cup cornmeal
- ½ cup cold water
Instructions
- Bring warm water and salt to a boil.
- Mix cornmeal and cold water in a small bowl.
- Gradually stir cornmeal into boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Serves 2.
