Cabbage roll casserole

- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 pound cabbage, chopped
- ½ cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown and drain meat.
- Combine water and beef bouillon.
- Combine all remaining ingredients. Transfer to 3-quart casserole dish. Pour beef broth evenly over.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour. Stir.
- Bake for another 30 minutes.
