- 3 onions
- 1 3-pound beef roast, cubed
- 8 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook onions and meat in Dutch oven.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
