Cream of Wheat (Farina)

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup cream of wheat (farina)

Instructions
  1. Bring water and salt to a boil. 
  2. Gradually whisk in cream of wheat. 
  3. Simmer uncovered until thickened, stirring frequently.

Serves 4.
