Schoolhouse pancakes

Ingredients (3–4 servings)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup dry milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup water

Ingredients (6–8 servings)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
  1. Preheat griddle.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients. 
  3. Whisk in wet ingredients. 
  4. Cook by 1/4 cupfuls on hot griddle.
