- 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound chicken, cooked and bite-size
- 2 peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Cook pasta.
- Cook peppers and onion in oil. Add chicken, dressing, and chili powder. Stir in salsa and sour cream.
- Toss pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
